FYRALI Audio uses limited website and account information to operate its customer portal, secure software downloads, understand website traffic, and protect the service from abuse.

Information we process

• Basic web-server records such as the requested page, time, referring site, network address, browser signature, and response status.
• Approximate country and region derived locally from a network address. This is not precise location information and may reflect a VPN, proxy, or internet provider.
• A traffic classification of likely human, known automated crawler, or unknown. This classification is an estimate and can be incorrect.
• Portal account information, including name, email address, licensed products, sign-in history, and authorized installer downloads.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and secure FYRALIaudio.com, provide licensed software, measure which pages and products are useful, diagnose problems, prevent automated abuse, and support customers. We do not sell visitor information or use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and retention

Analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Security and hosting logs are rotated separately and retained only as needed for operations and abuse investigation. The analytics dashboard does not display raw network addresses or full browser signatures. Portal passwords are stored only as one-way password hashes.

Cookies and local processing

The portal uses a secure session cookie to keep members signed in. FYRALI audio processing is local by design; customer audio is not uploaded to the website by the plug-ins.

Service providers

The website is hosted on our Plesk-managed server. Approximate network geography may be derived with a locally stored GeoLite database, so a visitor’s network address is not sent to a geolocation service for each visit.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your portal account, subject to security, contractual, and legal retention requirements. Contact support@fyraliaudio.com.
